📦 INVENTORY AND TRACEABILITY
Register your assets with internal codes, serial numbers, photos, and attached documents. Scan the QR code on any piece of equipment to see its status, assignment, and warranty in seconds.

👷 ASSIGNMENTS AND PROJECTS
Assign assets to operators and projects with numbered digital receipts. Track who has what, since when, and in what location. Returns, transfers between warehouses, and bulk assignments are included.

🔧 PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE
Configure maintenance plans based on time or usage (hours, kilometers, cycles). Receive alerts before the next service is due. Record labor and parts costs, attach invoices, and generate workshop check-out and return slips.

📊 METERS AND READINGS
Operators record readings from hour meters, odometers, and other meters via the mobile app. The system automatically detects anomalies and alerts if a piece of equipment has gone too many days without a report.

⛽ FUEL CONTROL
Record each fill-up with liters, odometer reading, and notes. The consumption report calculates historical fuel efficiency per asset and identifies deviations.
