HOW KITO USES THE ACCESSIBILITY PERMISSION
KITO's app-blocking and focus feature uses Android's Accessibility Service. With your explicit permission, KITO uses the Accessibility Service to detect when a distracting app you have chosen to block (for example Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat or games) is opened during an active focus or study session, so it can show a full-screen reminder and help you get back to studying. The Accessibility Service is used only for this on-device app-blocking feature. KITO does not use accessibility data to collect, store, share or sell any personal or sensitive information. This permission is optional — you can grant or revoke it anytime in your phone's Settings, and the rest of KITO works without it.
