The NEW Kittrell Paycard Mobile App v2.0 is here!

Thank you for your patience and feedback on version 1. We listened and went back to the drawing board for an all new mobile experience.

Create new credentials or sign in with your existing username and password, and access your Kittrell Paycard on the go! This release will allow you to check your balance, view past and pending transactions, freeze and unfreeze your card, and soon, set up bill payments!

Not all of our Online Banking website services will be available on the Kittrell Paycard Software. For example, you will not be able to make payments to our affiliated companies from deposit account(s) using The Kittrell Paycard Software. In addition, the Kittrell Paycard Software might be inoperative from time to time for a variety of reasons including routine maintenance, system changes, and system failures. When this happens, our Cardholder website and related services might be unavailable. We will not be liable to you for any service interruptions or other unavailability of our Cardholder services. You agree that you will only use the Kittrell Paycard Software on a mobile device owned by you. You agree to keep your mobile device and sign in information secure. If you have lost your mobile device or believe that anyone has gained unauthorized access to your Kittrell Paycard Online Banking account via your mobile device or otherwise, you agree to advise us as provided for in our Online Banking terms and conditions. Kittrell Paycard or its licensors may provide or make available through Kittrell Paycard and/or its agents its Kittrell Paycard Software. Kittrell Paycard and its agents reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to Kittrell Paycard Software at any time without notice. In no event will Kittrell Paycard or its agents be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to any such Kittrell Paycard Software. Kittrell Paycard is horrible. Everything has a fee. Every single transaction. There is 80 cents left on my card currently and it'll cost me 60 cents to use it. Not sure what I'll use a debit card for a 20 cent transaction for... ATM limits, transaction limits, fees... I can see that it's great for illegal immigrants who don't want to have information verified by an employer, but they are being taken advantage of in ridiculously unethical ways because of it. Fees, fees, fees, fees...

This is an example where AI technology block you from talking to a human operator to activate your card especially when the stupid chatbot is still going to by an old number and an old gmail you haven't used in years

Bad experience from this company. Was given a card from them from a temp agency and now I can't even cancel the card as everytime I call they refuse to let me cancel the damn card as there's no money in it and I don't want unnecessary fees put on it for being inactive on it
