their customer support is junk. and if you want to save the video to pc you have to use VLC to even see anything. its not build to be user friendly having log in issues online and all of it. you cant clip or save parts of a video that are needed for a event.

I like this Kittyhok outside camera, i have 4 around my house. It's clear and it response well, meaning when I tap the app it's up. The motion light comes on when anything is detected and shows legible images. Also, I promptly receive a notification on my phone if anything moves in view. I work midnight shift, so through the garage camera, I typically say hello to my wife when she comes home, What's good is we hear each other clearly. Very good product.

As a long time Techy. Maybe I jumped the gun on it. After hooking it up to a 22" Viewfinder monitor directly to the NVR. Everything started to fall in place. The software works out real good. the only thing that is wrong, is that the cameras are only good for 50 feet and which is not what they advertised for!!!!
