Kivun is a digital planner built from the field, for the shlichus itself - not a generic template and not another to-do app. A full Hebrew calendar, real planning, and reminders that land right on time.

What's inside:

A Hebrew calendar that rolls forward by the Hebrew month, with holidays, Rosh Chodesh, fasts, and Chabad dates.

Candle-lighting, Havdalah, and fast times for your exact location - calculated on the device, no internet needed.

A "Today" screen that shows your daily route and your next stop, and reminds you what's coming up.

A home-screen widget: your next stop and what's coming up, without even opening the app.

Five planning pages: yearly, monthly, event, fundraising, and check-in. Yearly and monthly planning are a guided journey, with direction at every step and examples in the yearly planning fields.

Personal dates: birthdays and yahrzeits, tracked by the Hebrew date, with their own reminder and a spot on the calendar.

Daily tasks with reminders, and a one-tap "move to tomorrow."

Schedule straight from the planning pages: every goal, date, or task can go on the calendar, with a reminder if you want one.

Add the whole year to your phone's calendar, and from there straight into Google Calendar too.

Backup and restore to a file, so your information is always in your own hands.

Kivun greets you by name and speaks in a warm, personal tone throughout the app.

After the initial setup, everything works without internet. During setup itself, if GPS isn't available and your city isn't in the app's built-in list, one connection is needed to look it up. Your information stays on your device. No account, no password, no server.

Kivun runs on an annual subscription purchased inside the app, with the first week free. During the trial the whole app is open, except for two calendar-export actions: adding the whole year to your device's calendar, and exporting the calendar to a file. Both unlock with the full subscription. The subscription renews automatically, and you can cancel anytime through your store account settings.

Kivun was built by Pesya Wenkert, after seven years of building systems and order for Chabad Houses, nonprofits, and institutions.

We built it out of daily work with shluchim and shluchos, in Israel and around the world, and around the questions that come up every week: when Shabbos starts here, what's on this month, and what's still open before the next event.
