I love My Sushi Story and I was excited to try this game too. It's super cute and there are some cute unique concepts like the cats and the little stories. BUT I was disappointed to discover forced ads and the only way to play ad-free is by paying a monthly (or weekly) subscription of almost $20 a month!! Its so greedy and really takes away from this supposedly sweet relaxing game.

This WAS a great game until this recent update. Before, I had 0 ads and was able to progress for free. NOW, there are ads after mini games and the currency used for upgrading your cart has now changed to diamonds and dollars. I was in love with this game and now it's awful for me. I can't progress as steadily as I was because the progress requirements go higher with each update. So, you update your game and implement new changes to keep your players behind? No. Not okay at all. Uninstalling

The game was super entertaining and fun and wasn't hard at all. The different designs are super cute, and their events are fun! However, with the new update furniture is SEVERLY overpriced. It's about 500,000 in game coins higher than it was for the same level. The rest of the update is fine, but as soon as I saw the price for items, (you can make about 500,000 in one sitting without it being excessive) I immediately deleted the app. Would happily download again if they fixed this.
