One of the best To Do App The Web version of your app is extremely good and easy to collaborate with my team. After reviewing the Web version we purchased the premium version without doing much much research on Android version. Unfortunately, not up to Web version. Even I am not able to see the tasks i have assigned to my colleague. Please make android app similar to Web app.
2-Step Login Create Problem in Syn (1) iPad version does not have 2-step login! My android phone is OK but iPad syn again only disable 2-step login. (2) Android widget do not have theme selection, let's have dark / black theme. White theme is not my cup of tea. Toodledo is my best functional checklist App but ugly layout & theme. Toodledo need a graphic Designer to make it better & user friendly.
Habits and lists not syncing I've been using Toodledo for a while. The web version is much more powerful than the android version (on a Samsung Galaxy S5). I have no issues so far with reduced features on the mobile but I can see how it is a problem for users who depend on it 24/7 outside. I love how the widget helps us see filtered tasks at a glance without opening the app proper. It is great to be able to choose what to filter. However, I've not been able to get the Habits& Lists sections to sync recently. It was working b4.
Best GTD app I've used so far, and sync across devices is a great feature. However, there are several bugs in latest version: sync mechanism for Lists and Habits does not work, web app does not sync Tasks unless device is synced first, and app crashes if open when screen goes to sleep.
Best task web app / worst & pointless androip app You guys really need to do something about this app. We are all moving towards tablet/smartphone based apps, and toodledo, besides being an extremely awesome web based gtd task/projects management system, it is completely unusefull to work on on the android app. We barely can say this app it is the same thing that we encounter on the web browser. For myself, I am having to seriously thinking on change my task system to another app, as I really have to use a tablet based app. Cheers.
This app is pretty baffling. The UI and logic behind this GTD app is not clearly designed. I have created two tasks and they do not show up once I set priority as "top". Also, I see no way to add contexts or folders from inside the app. I think this app relies way to much on the web version which I don't plan on using ever. I need a GTD app that does not rely on an Internet connection for everything. I also need something that makes actual sense to use. So, this app gets deleted.
+ Fixed a bug where tapping on the widget wouldn't launch the app or would crash
+ If you are viewing a folder when you add a new note, the note will default to being in that folder.
+ If you have partially added a new task when you are interrupted by a phone call or something else, you will no longer lose that task when you return to the app.
+ Fixed a few other small bugs.
