Ratings and reviews

The computer service is great. Their customer service is really helpful. But this app is garbage. Error messages, can save my cell number, lots of issues. Trying to send text messages is painful. I like kixie a lot and a lot of their services and have recommended them to colleagues. I mostly use them for my computer dialer as an integration with Zoho. As soon as they can get the app buttoned up I won't have any complaints and it will make some aspects of my business much easier.

This app is unacceptable in every aspect. If I tried this app before purchasing I would have went with another company. For example, in the texting threads it puts both your texts and the other persons texts on the same side and has no labels. And when a new text comes in you have to close the app and reopen for it to show in the thread. Pretty shocking, it makes me nervous when companies release unfinished products.

Mobile app is terrible! Greater focus needs to be placed on enhancing and fixing the issues there. Kixie customer service is excellent. The Power Dialer Chrome extension is excellent. But the mobile app is almost unusable. I'm on the go a lot and I can't always be tied to my computer and expected to answer calls from there. Unfortunately, since the Power Dialer is the only way to effectively communicate with my customers I'm forced to use it exclusively. Kixie please do something about this!
