Works ok, but cannot view any event info, it just goes to a black screen.

Cannot receive OTP SMS for verify phone number. In the end it says too many attempts. Therefore cannot buy tickets.

unable to receive verification code for malaysia and keep asking user to call customer hotline. international call?? what's the point to manage ticketing for event outside Taiwan?? while the apps and website cannot handle it.. 🫣
