Ratings and reviews

There has been no help with tech support. The emails listed in the app support section and in the privacy notice section do NOT work. The feeder works great, but the app has crashed and will not reopen. I've even tried uninstalling it twice and restarting my phone, and still nothing helps. No updates are available. Tech support needs a valid email to be reached at and if they don't reach out after this 1 star review, then it solidifies my opinion. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately, this app hasn't been updated in two years and now when you log in it says "not optimized for the new version of Android." I really like these automatic feeders, but I feel like it is only a matter of time before these are rendered useless via the software being basically abandoned. If you update your wifi or reboot it, you have to completely remove them and re-set everything up. It's unfortunate cause this has so much potential.

This app is terrible. There either are no push notifications (so I'm told by support) so as not to disturb the user...except there are plenty of options to turn off the notifications. A feeding cannot be removed from the schedule, just turned off. It stays in the schedule forever. If I could return the feeder, I would.
