Ratings and reviews

There has been no help with tech support. The emails listed in the app support section and in the privacy notice section do NOT work. The feeder works great, but the app has crashed and will not reopen. I've even tried uninstalling it twice and restarting my phone, and still nothing helps. No updates are available. Tech support needs a valid email to be reached at and if they don't reach out after this 1 star review, then it solidifies my opinion. Hope this helps!

Worked for a little while. But I traveled out of town and it disconnected from the device, then magically the app never worked ever again. Tried reconnecting to the feeder hundreds of times. Reset it. Deleted app. Redownloaded. Reset wifi. Changed wifi password. EZ mode. AP mode. Auto scan. Manual add. Nothing works!!! Now I have a useless food holder that I can not schedule or do anything with because it ONLY works with the app, but the app never connects to to the feeder. Useless garbage.

Unfortunately, this app hasn't been updated in two years and now when you log in it says "not optimized for the new version of Android." I really like these automatic feeders, but I feel like it is only a matter of time before these are rendered useless via the software being basically abandoned. If you update your wifi or reboot it, you have to completely remove them and re-set everything up. It's unfortunate cause this has so much potential.
