Klantly is the companion app to the Klantly platform: your whole operation in your pocket, from the first enquiry to the paid invoice.

• Quotes — view, send and track your quotes. See at a glance who opened one.
• Kitchen-table mode — let the customer review the quote on the spot and sign with a finger.
• Invoices — create invoices from a quote or a work order and follow the payment status.
• Calendar — your appointments by day, week or month, with directions to the address.
• Work orders — plan the job, tick off tasks, add photos and get the customer to sign off.
• Customers — every detail, quote, invoice and appointment for a customer in one place.
• Pipeline — drag enquiries through your sales stages and see where revenue stalls.
• Chat — talk to colleagues and to the customer without a separate channel.

BUILT FOR THE ROAD

• Work offline — no signal at the customer's? Your changes are kept and sent the moment you are back online. You can always see what is still pending.
