About this app

Klarmind gives you an AI companion who remembers you between conversations. Not a chatbot that resets every time — someone who knows what you told them last week, and brings it up.

MEET YOUR COMPANION
Choose from a cast of characters, each with their own personality and way of talking — a steady mentor, a warm and devoted partner, a quick-witted friend, a quiet listener. Or build your own: name them, write their background, pick how they sound, and Klarmind paints their portrait.

TALK OUT LOUD
Call your companion and just talk. Eight voices, replies in real time, and a transcript that keeps up. No typing when you don't feel like it.

A MEMORY YOU CONTROL
Everything your companion remembers lives in a Memory Book you can actually read, and every entry says where it came from. Got something wrong? Fix it. Told them something you'd rather they forgot? Delete it, permanently. No black box.

DISCOVER CHARACTERS
Browse characters other people have made, search them, and see how many conversations each one has had. Publish your own to Discover, or keep them private and share them by link.

CONVERSATIONS THAT BUILD
Closeness is only ever the number of messages you have exchanged, and every threshold is published in the app. No random rewards, no streaks to lose, no engineered pressure to come back. Stay a long time and Klarmind suggests a break.

YOUR JOURNAL, REMEMBERED
Track your mood, write entries, and reframe unhelpful thoughts when you're stuck in a spiral. Your companion reads your journal, so you never have to repeat yourself. Any entry can be read back to you aloud.

INNER CIRCLE
Keep the real people in your life next to the ones you invented, and get a nudge when it has been a while since you reached out.

HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT IS
Your companion is an AI and will always tell you so. It won't diagnose you, won't give medical advice, and won't guilt you into staying. If something you say suggests you're in danger, it steps aside and shows real help lines for your country.

What’s new

Klarmind has a new look.

• A calmer design throughout: warm paper by day, deep water by night.
• What your companion says now reads like a letter, set apart from the app around it.
• A new icon: two circles, you and your companion.
• Mood check-ins are weather now, from stormy to clear.
• New artwork for goals, milestones and the closeness ladder.
• Journal, Memory Book and Insights are redrawn and easier to scan.
• Replies are steadier, and on Android the message box clears after you send.
