About this app

Kleen is the mobile app for teams in restaurants equipped with Kleen. Log in with your Kleen restaurant ID and a personal PIN—no role selection required on screen: the app automatically opens the management and kitchen areas, depending on the account.

Management

* Dashboard with daily indicators, recent orders, and breakdown by channel (partner deliveries).

* Timetable to track daily customer traffic.

* Reports filterable by status and channel; CSV export and PDF sharing.

* Catalog to view and manage the menu.

* Settings and shortcuts: Team, inventory, ingredients, customers, 7-day trends, multi-site access, and coaching tools (margin x volume, demand insights).

Reception

* Reception with live ordering, payment processing, and bill splitting (with offline queue if needed).

* Order taking, customer management, invoicing, and Z-day closing.

* Highlighting ready-to-serve dishes.

Kitchen

* Kanban-style kitchen display from ticket to exit.

* Real-time updates when connected; resumes offline status upon reconnection.

* Ticket printing and local alerts on the device (depending on configuration).

* Dark mode and interface designed for the pace of service.

* Offline indicator to show when actions can be queued.

Application restricted to authorized personnel: Kleen ID and PIN provided by the establishment are required.
