Partner Connect enables partners to expand and deepen their networks through up to eight curated 1-to-1 meetings, scheduled based on mutual interest and optimized by AI. Partners can connect across offices, practices, regions, and areas of expertise while meeting new people, strengthening existing relationships, and exploring emerging opportunities such as AI and regulatory work.
In 2026, the program will scale to facilitate 5,000+ meaningful partner meetings, ensuring that time together at the Retreat directly translates into stronger working relationships and future collaboration.

Tabletalks will enable partners to join roundtable discussions with 8-12 peers to discuss key topics facing the legal industry and the firm, giving participants a chance to learn and network from each other in an informal setting.

New for 2026, Retreat Experiences offer a curated mix of social, learning, and wellness activities designed to help partners connect in engaging, non-traditional formats. Partners choose experiences aligned with their interests while the platform optimizes participation to build trust, strengthen relationships, and foster firmwide collaboration.
