About this app

It has been developed in order to receive the requests, complaints and opinions of the citizens living within the borders of our municipality 7/24 without interruption, to evaluate the services we provide and to produce fast, effective and interactive solutions for the applications made.

With this application, our citizens can convey all their requests, complaints and opinions without any time and space restrictions, and thanks to the added pictures and videos, our personnel can see the demand from their eyes and produce fast and effective solutions.

Following the submission of the application, our citizens are informed about all the changes and updates regarding the process with their preferred feedback management, and after the completion of the process, the applicant can evaluate the service provided by our municipality and staff.

Thanks to this feedback we received from our citizens, we aim to make institutional arrangements and improve our services in order to increase satisfaction in the neighborhood and region scale.
