No place to register my complaints. I was first to complete an event in Bingo but my name was not in winning list. Even after winning Jaldi Five in Bingo, I have proofs. The app didn't updated me as winner for 3overs. Stop making us fool. My tokens too got deducted for unintentional click on redeem for unwanted item. I need my tokens back. There should be some feedback for confirmation on redeem button. This is really bad.

Dear team, I was going to give 5 stars or more but I am giving 2 because I am continuously using the app everyday and participate in the games to collect the tokens. But the more I am collecting and now there's no redeem option and on the products, coming soon pop up is showing. So what was the whole point of using the app and participate everyday????

The app is very good. But the app content is not good. The app have some games for fans. As kkr fan i play each year. Today mi vs kkr match I played bingo game. In the 1st innings their is not possible to get bingo but I see a user sunera pattan get bingo. This show that they not allow any fans to win the prize only their company itself play the game and get the prize. Very sad to see this type of kkr fan loyalty program
