About this game

The card game Auction & International Bridge (IB in Bangladesh), the third step in the evolution of the general game of bridge, was developed from straight bridge (i.e. bridge whist) in 1904. The precursor to contract bridge, its predecessors were whist and bridge whist.

Auction Bridge (IB) trick scoring, bonus scoring, and penalty scoring are radically different from contract bridge, and there is no concept of vulnerability in Auction Bridge (IB).

Bidding rules are nearly the same, although in contract bridge bidding many complex artificial bids and bidding systems have evolved.

The bidding, play and laws are similar to contract bridge.

The dealer opens the bidding and must declare to win at least the odd trick in a trump suit or at No-trumps; he cannot pass the bid. A bid is higher if it contracts for a higher number of points (ignoring doubles) rather than a higher number of tricks. As an example 3 Spades (27 points) beats 4 Clubs (24 points).

Each trick exceeding six scores:

Notrumps: 10 points
Spades: 9 points
Hearts: 8 points
Diamonds: 7 points
Clubs: 6 points

Game is 30 points

The logics are too weak. Partner plays too many wrong cards and the success rate of risks taken by opponents are 100%. Sometimes partner calls over me with weak cards and sometimes he doesn't call with strong cards. Make it more realistic.

I don't see this comment posted: The player positions are wrong, Here are the seats -- West top,, North . left, South right,, East (user) bottom. Not only does it turn the compass sideways, it flips E and W compass point, Also, contrary to all other card game apps and instructional materials, users have to learn to play this one from East, an odd and awkward position. Also, the game graphics aren't up to today's standards.

though knight cave is one of my favorite developer for 29 card game. But this bridge game literally dissapointed me. Interface and graphics quality is good as usual, but bidding and gameplay is terrible, beginner player also play better than this AI. Recenty I've tried Neural Play Bridge, the most perfect AI they have. You can have a look of that one. If you cam develop your AI I will install it again qnd change my review to a 5*. Best wishes for you knight cave
