The app is great overall. The problem i have experienced is specifically 1. In the upload of scan documents: LOAD>SCAN DOC>LOAD#>NEXT. 2. The also seems to be a glitch between scanning documents and them getting processed. There are two indicators in the load tab that provides the process status of the load. 1. An ICON, and 2. A notation. My fix is to uninstall and reinstall the app. Over past 3 weeks i have noticed a decreased upload and data transfer time. DELETE/REINSTALL

More features don't work than ones that do work and when fixes are put out they disable the entire app for sometimes days. It would be nice if the new features and updates were tested before they were released. The newest update now locks you out of the training feature and the newest version locks the entire app when you log onto drive. This makes no sense the written directions are needed to get to the customer and when they are locked on both the tablet and your phone app this makes no sense.

The new format of the app is interesting, but it is too busy. K.I.S.S! Also, now I can no longer read directions to my husband as he drives. No access to the app at all as long as the driver status is "Drive." Why do you bother sending directions if we cant access them when they are needed?? *update: 7/15 update didnt help. it is still an awful app.*
