I used to have this app and got rid of it, but couldn't remember why because it's such a fun game! However, I realized it's because it randomly stops working, freezes, and I have to leave the app and force close it to make it work again. It also randomly takes me to the Temu website, despite none of the banner ads having anything to do with that site.

Update: No customer service! Such a fun and relaxing game! It's one of my favorites 🫶. I enjoy that I can play at my own pace without timers and not get interrupted by ads all the time. I do have a problem, and that is when I decide to watch an ad to get an extra spool to work with in the game, usually it works just as it should but sometimes it does not give me my reward, forcing me to watch another ad or, as in the case that just happened, after the ad it started the level over! Please fix 🤞

The ads freeze constantly, and once one has frozen, no more will work! It doesn't even try to load any more. The concept is cute. It would be fun if it actually worked! Instead it's absolutely infuriating. The ads are also extremely long and repetitive. I'm so sick of closing and reopening the app just to try and play a level that I think it's time to uninstall.
