About this app

SHEcure gives you a fast, private way to alert people you trust when you feel
unsafe.

Set up your safety circle, enable protection and trigger a five-second emergency
flow from the app or the SHEcure Quick Settings tile. With the optional SHEcure
Button, one deliberate press can begin the same alert while your phone remains
locked and nearby.

When you trigger an alert, SHEcure:

- obtains the best location available from your Android phone;
- sends an emergency SMS and Google Maps link to contacts you saved;
- shows the location accuracy in the message;
- lets you cancel during a five-second countdown;
- provides quick access to India's 112 emergency dialer.

Your emergency contacts and paired-button key are encrypted on your phone.
SHEcure does not read your messages, sell movement information or use location
for advertising.

SHEcure is a communication aid. It cannot guarantee crime prevention, emergency
response, GPS availability, mobile connectivity or SMS delivery. Contact 112
whenever it is safe to do so.
