this app is honestly horrible. exactly NONE of the wait times were accurate. the closures were also inaccurate. it also lets you purchase tickets on the app, but you still have to go to the ticket booth to pick up the physical tickets soooo... what is the point exactly?? it's useful for the map. that's it. it gets one star for the map.

This app saved my mental state. It takes forever to fold up that silly park map and crinkle it into your back pocket, just to take it out again after you finished that ride. Wait times are not accurate - that didn't bother us. We were able to find what rides we wanted to go on 100% quicker; the GPS feature is extremely convenient. We used the app to see which rides were still operating after closing time, so we were elated to quick hop in a few lines before we left. Thank you for creating this!!

Lot of the attractions were closed, which is fine, but it was the main reason I downloaded the app. None of it was accurate. The map function was good, though. Suggestions: 1. Order ahead for food. 2. Functioning ride status. 3. Some "generic name" sorting function. Guests know there's a steam train but don't think to look up "Ol' Smokey" or "Motor Boats" for "boats". It gets tricky with the particularly specific names like "(G)rand Carousel" or "Italian trapeze" or "Spanish Bambini".
