About this app

Knot-Trade is the all-in-one mobile and web ERP built for India's
commodity traders, mandi brokers, and agri-merchants. From the first
truck that comes through your gate to the day's final cash-book entry,
Knot-Trade keeps your business in one secure place — accessible from
the phone in your pocket.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Mobile Inward Draft — record each truck's weighment on the spot.
Save as draft, finish later. Open drafts list keeps you honest.
• Bardan (Packing) Tracking — issue packing to a vendor, settle when
bags return, and never lose a count again.
• Quality Bifurcation — split one parent inward (Tobacco, for
example) into multiple grades (Fole, Khakri, Churan, Rago) with
one Main grade and target % per child.
• Vatav (Merchant %) — automatically deduct the trade percentage
on bills where it applies.
• Customer Khata — full account ledger with bill-vs-paid view and
outstanding balance per party.
• Day Close — close each business day with a single tap: cash on
hand, bank balance, grain & bardan snapshots. Reports get faster,
not slower, as years pile up.
• Reports — bardan stock, bank payment summary, day-close history,
log report, grain-stock dashboard, inward register, and more.
• WayBridge Mode — for traders running an actual weighbridge:
weigh-in / weigh-out timestamps, net weight auto-computed.
• Multi-tenant — every business gets its own subdomain on
knot-trade.com and its own isolated database. Your data never
mixes with anyone else's.

GET STARTED

1. Open knot-trade.com and tap "Register".
2. Enter your mobile and verify the OTP.
3. Pick your subdomain (e.g., yourname.knot-trade.com).
4. Log in on the app with the same mobile number.
5. Add your first vendor and record your first inward — usually
takes under 2 minutes.

The app is free to install. Active tenants need a Knot-Trade
subscription; details at knot-trade.com.
