About this app
KnowMi allows a clinic, company, institution, or association to clearly present who they are, what they do, and how they operate, using a simple QR code.
Your visitors scan the QR code displayed on your premises, on a poster, or on a document. They arrive at your public page: practical information, answers to frequently asked questions, and an assistant who only responds based on the information you have approved.
The KnowMi application is the partner platform. It allows you to:
• Create and manage your organizations: clinic, practice, laboratory, company, business, institution, NGO.
• Write your profiles (opening hours, address and access, contacts, services, appointments, documents to bring, etc.) using ready-made templates.
• Have profiles approved before publication: only approved information is shown to the public and used by the assistant.
• Generate your QR codes, then save them or share them as images for printing.
• Read and process suggestions left by your visitors.
• Teamwork: Invite members and assign them roles (writing, validation, suggestions, ownership).
Designed for West Africa and beyond:
• Simple login via a code received by email, no password to remember.
• For healthcare facilities: practical information only, never medical advice, with emergency contact numbers.
• Your data is hosted in the European Union and protected: access restricted to your team members, encrypted connection.
The public page assistant uses artificial intelligence (Claude, from Anthropic) and only responds with information published by your facility. Visitor questions are not saved.
