The plug-in is controlled by the main knXpresso app. You will be prompted to install it if the plug-in is enabled accordingly in the knXpresso configuration tool.
The knXpresso HTTP Request Plug-in is a functional extension of the knXpresso app.
The HTTP Request Plug-in establishes the connection to the KNX bus. This allows you to integrate HTTP requests into your KNX system.
The knXpresso HTTP Request Plug-in enables you to receive HTTP commands.
Many applications, such as web browsers, the Tasker apps, IFTTT, and many more, can send HTTP request commands. These received HTTP commands can then be used to perform actions on the bus (switching, entering values, etc.).
