The expected date of delivery is not written, everything is so vague , you don't know if your order is being shipped. The return request is on another level! I have sent my return request 3days ago and it's not even processed yet! soon, the return window period will be over, meaning I might not get to return the scrub which I won't even be using cause the fit is bad and I need a smaller size! Please do work on your app more, it almost feels like a scam!

customer support is really bad. I have requested for a callback for a modification on my order exchange but no call, no response. No phone number to call and make an enquiry about the problem even. No option to modify our orders in app also. This is really dissappointing.

The worst service ever. I don't even know when my order will be delivered. It says in the app that it takes 4-5 days. It's been 7 days now and I can't even track my order because whenever. The order id to track shows 'No shipping details available'. I had texted on the customer care whatsApp number, but it's as good as nothing. Just a bot repeatedly giving the same response and after a point it stops replying even. They don't pick up calls. If they do, they put you on hold till you disconnect.
