About this app

Kōami connects you to your hospital. Patients can manage their care, and hospital staff can do their daily work from a phone.

Your hospital is named at sign-in. You sign in securely with your mobile number and a 4-digit MPIN.

FOR PATIENTS AND FAMILIES
• Book appointments with your doctor and see upcoming visits
• See lab results line by line, and download the report PDF
• "Where is my test?": follow each stage of your lab test until the result is ready
• Upload prescriptions and medical documents
• See your bills, payments and transaction history
• Manage the whole family: switch between family members registered with the same mobile number
• Optional AI help to understand your records. It only runs after you give consent

FOR HOSPITAL STAFF
• Search: jump to any screen your role can open from one search box
• Worklists for doctors and the lab, with filters and summaries
• Settle OP bills and use pharmacy workflows
• Follow inpatients, bed status and patient details
• Department dashboards with the key figures at a glance
• Access follows the permissions your hospital has already given you on the web system

SECURE BY DESIGN
• Sign in with your mobile number and MPIN, with lockout protection
• Each hospital's data is kept separate
• Staff only see the screens their role allows

Kōami is used by hospitals that run the Kōami hospital management platform. To sign in, you need a record with a participating hospital or a staff account there.
