Koamtac has gone down in quality and service. Have been a customer for 15+ years, owned over 10 Koamtac scanners. First time I had a scanner fail under a year. Despite providing the serial number and paying to mail it in under an RMA Request, they advised it would be $100 to replace an screen on a $199 scanner (the part is $30 online) and the scanner was under a year old. I bought a $30 no-name 2D BLE scanner on Amazon because it took over two weeks for them to process the RMA, and it is better.

My KDC200 can connect to his app, but now I can no longer connect through bluetooth and use in other apps. My bluetooth settings show that the KDC is paired but doesn't say connected. I am using a Samsung 10+. It was working fine until this app was installed. I also tried uninstalling this app, still does not work.

New version has a camera scanner. Awesome!!!
