KocApp is a teacher, student, and parent tracking platform developed for coaching centers, private tutors, and educational institutions. It works with the same account on web and mobile; all data managed from the teacher panel is securely reflected on student and parent screens.

WHO USES IT? • Teachers and coaches — student files, weekly schedules, test entry, resource recommendations • Students — daily schedules, study sessions, test results, subject progress

• Parents — monitoring their child's development, schedule, and announcements from a single place. FOR TEACHERS: Student list and detailed profile; weekly lesson schedule and routines; TYT/AYT test and subject test recording; subject and topic-based success graphs; resource-subject progress; parent contact information; sending notifications to students or parents; accounting and payment tracking (according to package quota). FOR STUDENTS: Daily and weekly schedule view; study sessions and question distribution; general and subject tests; subject progress; AI-powered performance summary and recommendations (in accounts created by teachers). FOR PARENTS: The student's schedule, test results, and progress summaries; notifications from the teacher; and up-to-date information all on the same platform.

WHY KOCAPP? It reduces the need for scattered Excel spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, and paperwork in the educational process. Schedule, test, and achievement data are collected in a single system; teachers, students, and parents view the same data, reducing communication breakdowns.
