BLU+ Driver is the ambulance driver application within the BLU+ connected emergency healthcare ecosystem. It is intended exclusively for authorized ambulance drivers registered with organizations using the BLU+ platform and cannot be accessed without valid organization-issued credentials. As one component of the BLU+ ecosystem, the application enables seamless coordination between ambulance drivers, paramedics, hospitals, and command centers, helping improve the efficiency and reliability of emergency response operations.

The application streamlines the complete patient transport workflow by enabling drivers to receive and acknowledge assigned emergency dispatches, access trip and transport information, navigate to pickup and destination locations using integrated navigation services, update trip progress, view dispatch pickup and drop-off locations, view automatically calculated transport charges for completed trips, transport patients safely, and complete assigned dispatches. Location information is used during active ambulance operations to support navigation, trip tracking, and coordination with hospitals and dispatch centers.

By digitizing the dispatch and patient transport process, BLU+ Driver helps reduce manual communication, improve operational visibility, support transparent display of transport charges and efficient dispatch management, and deliver timely emergency healthcare services through a secure and intuitive interface designed specifically for ambulance drivers.

BLU+ Driver is an operational dispatch and transport management application and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision support.
