Construct infrastructure such as sollar arrays, power plants, batteries, arc reactors, medical clinics, carbon dioxide scrubbers, technology institutions, greenhouses, water extractors, oxygen generators, hydrogen storage facilities, fuel refineries, and so on. Provide your colonists with water, food and oxygen.
