The app used to work great at one point a couple of years ago, but the app itself now is not in its best state currently. I had trouble reconnecting a older Kohler Moxie speaker I had lying around that I wanted to connect up to Wi-Fi so it could receive newer firmware updates and stuff like that. Not really needing the Alexa part but in case if something breaks in the future, It could be fixed. The app now just sits there looping indefinitely when I try to connect my Moxie to Wi-Fi.

Works sometimes, but basically a 50/50 proposition whether or not it will work. Always a surprise. I give it a command and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I rebooted (power off/on) the valve under the kitchen sink which controls the faucet multiple times. No change. Very disappointing. Continuous frustration!

Does not work well for the H2Wise+ device. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. App crashes constantly. Notifications are delayed. Have to close the app several times before it "works" again. It shuts off the water out of the blue, with no prior notification. The notifications come through after opening the app. I would not recommend this product or the app. It looks like Kohler has given up on improving. Should have bought the Phyn Plus.
