Does not work well for the H2Wise+ device. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. App crashes constantly. Notifications are delayed. Have to close the app several times before it "works" again. It shuts off the water out of the blue, with no prior notification. The notifications come through after opening the app. I would not recommend this product or the app. It looks like Kohler has given up on improving. Should have bought the Phyn Plus.

I bought your tap for a relative in South Africa. Frustrating to find out your app is not available in South Africa Google Play. No problem, I thought, just side load the app. Frustration again - the app fails to load and sends me back to Google Play for the official version. It's a check-box on the Store console to make it available in all countries. Please help!

This app is horrible. It simply does not work. It disconnects itself from Alexa and works maybe 10% of the time. The phone app works fine but seriously who wants to take out their phone and use an app to fill a glass of water? The whole point of the purchase was the voice command - and it doesn't work. Additionally, it needs to be able to dispense in more varied quantities 1/4 cup, 1/2 cup, 2/3 cup...3 1/2 cups etc. This product is not helpful for cooking even when it does work.
