About this app

Koldbore Field is the on-scene mobile companion to the Koldbore desktop platform. It is built for officers and agency approving officials conducting counter-UAS (C-UAS) operations.

When an incident occurs, accurate documentation should begin at the scene—not hours later from memory. Koldbore Field captures time-sensitive operational details while they are still fresh, then securely synchronizes the record with the desktop platform for completion, review, and approval.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• ATC Notification Logs — Document §124.11 activation and termination notices, including the action type, location, time, and supporting photo evidence.

• Start Events in the Field — Create a new event with the time and GPS location pre-filled, then select the applicable §124.3 trigger basis while still on scene.

• Work Offline — Continue documenting events when cellular or Wi-Fi service is unavailable. Submissions remain securely queued on the device and upload automatically when connectivity returns.

• Use an Agency-Linked Profile — Your agency, badge information, assigned role, and approving-authority relationship are linked from department records and included with each filing.

• Photo EXIF metadata is removed during upload.

• Offline-first functionality helps preserve field records when operating outside network coverage.
