About this app

The Trucker App connects trucking and logistics companies with trusted roadside service agents - so when a truck needs help, the right person is on the way in minutes, not hours.

Whether you run a fleet or provide on-the-road services, everything happens in one place: request, match, track, and pay.

— FOR TRUCKING & LOGISTICS COMPANIES —

• Request help where you are. Tyres, mechanical repairs, towing and more - raise a request from the truck's exact location in seconds.
• Set the job, get competitive bids. Nearby service agents respond with their price, so you choose what works for you.
• Watch help arrive in real time. Follow your service agent live on the map, with up-to-date distance and arrival estimates.
• Transparent pricing. See the full cost up front, including any call-out fee, before you accept.
• Pay securely, with no cash on the roadside. Funds are held safely and only released to the agent after the job is done.

— FOR SERVICE AGENTS —

• Find work nearby. See open requests around you and bid on the jobs you want.
• Navigate straight to the job. Once you're assigned, the app guides you to the truck with live routing.
• Get paid reliably. Completed jobs are paid out automatically after a short clearing period - track your pending and paid earnings in the app.
• Build your history. Every completed job is recorded so you can grow a dependable track record.

— HOW IT WORKS —

1. A logistics company posts a service request from the truck's location.
2. Nearby service agents place bids.
3. The company accepts a bid and payment is secured.
4. The agent navigates to the truck while the company tracks them live.
5. The job is completed and the agent is paid - automatically.

— WHY THE TRUCKER APP —

• Faster help: skip the phone calls and connect directly with available agents.
• Real-time visibility: always know who's coming and how far away they are.
• Secure payments: money is protected until the work is finished, so both sides can trust the deal.
• Built for the road: simple, fast, and designed for use in the field.

Keep your fleet moving. Download The Trucker App and get roadside help when and where you need it.
