As a first time customer, I was very hesitant but the KolybelLash team definitely put my mind at ease, I got my stuff in today and I will be recommending them to all my colleagues now 🩷 They have gained a loyal customer ✨️

The promotion they have is a lie. They promote free shipping but you can't activate it and when I contacted the support for help they refused to help me and said it's better for you to use a discount code instead of the free shipping! And at the end when I insisted on activating the free shipping code, they responded its for first time buyer! What a nice and respectful customer service!

Product quality is 10/10, everything is perfect , the only issue I found is custom duty fees ... It could be more convenient if ur products gets in Amazon India as well... And the rest all I found it amazing the communication between them was really good ❤️❤️❤️
