RUN YOUR ACADEMY
Keep every member in one place: profiles, guardians, emergency contacts, health
declarations and signed waivers. Mark attendance from a phone, a QR code, a check-in
PIN, or face check-in for members who opt in. Assign members to batches and coaches,
and spot the ones going quiet, with lapsed and churn reporting.

BELTS AND CURRICULUM, YOUR WAY
Design your own belt system, with your own ranks and your own requirements. Build
your syllabus, tick off techniques as students learn them, and track everyone's
progress toward the next grading. Run belt tests end to end: rosters, invitations,
public event pages, examiner grading with letter grades, and promotions that write
straight into each student's record.

A RECORD THAT LASTS
Every student keeps a permanent history: ranks earned, dates, examiners, certificates,
competition results and achievements. It follows them for their whole career, not just
the months they spend at one academy.

REMINDERS THAT COLLECT THEMSELVES
Fee and renewal reminders go out automatically on WhatsApp and email, so nobody has to
chase anyone. Welcome messages, receipts, attendance confirmations and promotion
announcements all send themselves.

MEMBERSHIPS AND MONEY
Set up your plans, see who has paid and who is due, and keep invoices, receipts and
collection reports without a spreadsheet. Members pay for belt tests and event entries
by UPI or card, and the receipt reaches them on its own.

RUN TOURNAMENTS
Open registration to clubs, take entries and fees, then build brackets automatically
with club separation so teammates do not meet in round one. Score matches live from a
phone, put the scoreboard on a TV for the audience, run multiple mats at once, and
publish results the moment they are final. Karate, BJJ, MMA and kickboxing, each with
the right rules and the right scorecard.

FOR COACHES
See your batches and your students, take attendance, grade your syllabus, and record
belt tests. Coaches see what they need to teach, not the academy's finances.

FOR MEMBERS AND PARENTS
Check your attendance, see your belt progress and what is left before your next
grading, keep your certificates, register for gradings and events, and pay fees from
your phone. Parents manage their whole family from one account.

BUILT FOR THE FLOOR
Everything works on a phone, because that is what people have in their hands at the
academy. Coaches share links on WhatsApp. Scorekeepers run mats from a phone.
