Ratings and reviews

I'm very generous with my 3 star rating. Please fix the age options. Like how on earth is adult 12+ for you? All train options (in France particularly) on this app are more expensive than on any other reserve app like SNCF Connect and Trainline because of that, which forces me to book for trains on these other apps. It's 3 stars because reserving here is no issue. But just that the age and the higher prices need to be fixed. (Not a really good path if you're competing with other reserve apps)

I haven't received my ticket by email, the app doesn’t allow me to download it, and on top of that, it cannot be canceled. I booked my tickets in advance, and with other operators you can always access your tickets directly in the app, even if they don’t arrive by email. I expected the same level of service here, but instead I had to repurchase tickets through another company, and with this one I just lost my money.

I advise everybody to uninstall these scammers. I purchased a ticket (easyJet) via this app in mid March 2023. My flight got cancelled, I did not receive an email or a notification. I asked for a refund from easyJet and kombo. easyJet told me that Kombo received the money back. I sent several emails to kombo. The only response I get everytime "As soon as we hear back from the airline, we'll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible." What a shame. 0 efforts for the sake of this scammers.
