Due to our unavoidable circumstances, the Kona Health service is scheduled to end on November 30, 2022.
Purchases at Kona Health Mall are only available until 12:00 noon on November 24, 2022.
The future schedule related to the end of the Kona Health service is as follows, and we ask for your understanding that you cannot purchase products after the end of the service.
Remaining points after the end of the service will be refunded in the order of application.
1. Service end date: 12:00 on November 30, 2022
2. Last order deadline: 12:00 on November 24, 2022
3. Point refund schedule and application method
- Refund schedule: You can apply until March 15, 2023
- If you apply between the 16th of each month and the 15th of the following month, refunds will be made on the last day of the following month.
Example) If you apply for a refund on November 30th, the refund will be made at the end of December

- If the refund request information is different from the Kona Health subscription information, the refund may not be processed. Please make sure to request a refund with your Kona Health subscription information.
