KONAPP: Conference Guide

About this app

KONAPP is the official app of the KonyaMUN and IIYF'26 conferences. When you open it you choose the event you are attending; your choice is remembered and you can change it at any time. The accounts and data of the two events are completely separate.

KonyaMUN accounts are created by the conference's organising team; you sign in with the username and password the team gives you. IIYF'26 participants can also create their own account in the app; it opens once the organising team approves it and can be deleted at any time from the Profile screen.

FOR PARTICIPANTS
• Your committee, agenda items and chairs (Advisory Board) on one screen
• The daily conference schedule: which session, when and where
• A personal attendance QR code, kept on your device so it works even offline
• Committee and general announcements, with notifications
• Written feedback from your chairs, organised by criteria
• Direct messages with your PR contact and your chairs
• The 22:00 hotel check for participants staying at the hotel
• A countdown to the next prayer time, and prayer reminders in IIYF'26
• IIYF'26: a Konya guide and information pages on Palestine and East Turkestan

FOR CHAIRS / ADVISORY BOARD
• Send announcements to your committee
• See your delegates' attendance
• Write feedback on research, country policy, public speaking, diplomacy, leadership, draft resolutions and rules of procedure

FOR THE ORGANISING TEAM
• Fast attendance by scanning QR codes with the camera
• Mark present / absent by hand when needed
• Message the delegates you are responsible for
• Hotel check alerts

APPLICATION STATUS
If you applied to the conference, check where your application stands with your application code, without signing in.

PRIVACY
KONAPP only processes the information needed to run the conference. It does not access your location, contacts or photos, and your data is never sold or used for advertising. The camera opens only when the organising team scans an attendance code, and no images are stored.

Available in English, Turkish and Arabic.
