About this game

Every athlete knows the drill: a coach stands at the sideline shouting "Cone 3! Cone 1! Cone 4!" while you sprint, cut, and react. But you cannot always bring a coach to the field. Konetrix Drill Lab puts that voice in your pocket. Design your own numbered-cone agility layouts, then run them with big on-screen commands, spoken callouts, and split-second timing on every cone you touch. It is built for speed and agility athletes, combine prep, and coaches who want reusable drills for a whole squad.

What makes it different is the cone-on-a-grid designer paired with a truly reactive run engine. You tap cells on a coordinate grid to place cones 1 through 12, and the app numbers them for you. When you hit Go, it does not just replay your order — it reshuffles the cones into a fresh, non-repeating sequence every single rep. A giant "RUN TO CONE 3" banner and a voice cue tell you where to go, so you train real reaction instead of memorizing a pattern. Every correct tap is timed to the hundredth of a second; every wrong cone flashes red and logs a miss.

• Grid-based drill designer — Tap cells on a grid from 4x4 up to 12x12 to drop cones in run order. Cones auto-number and re-index if you remove one, so your sequence always stays clean.

• Randomized reaction runs — Cones fire in a shuffled, non-repeating order each rep, forcing you to react to the callout rather than run from memory.

• Big live cone commands — A bold "RUN TO CONE" banner plus "REP 2 OF 5" and "STEP 3 OF 5" badges keep you oriented mid-sprint without squinting at the screen.

• On-device voice callouts — Spoken cone numbers, plus Ready, Go, Rest, and Workout Complete cues, at slow, normal, or fast speech pace. Falls back to visual-only if speech is unavailable.

• Split-second timing — Every correct tap logs an exact split like 1.18s in a live, auto-scrolling log; wrong taps register as a MISS.

• Detailed results metrics — A per-cone table shows average, best, and worst split times, plus total reps, cones recorded, and misses or penalties.

• Hands-free advance — Turn on auto-advance and cones skip on a timeout, so you can drill without tapping between reps.

• Configurable reps and rest — Set rep counts and rest intervals in 5-second steps, with an automatic rest countdown and a Skip Rest button between reps.

• Saved drill library — Keep every layout as a card showing its grid size, cone count, and reps, ready to edit, run, or delete.

• Starter templates — Sprint Line, T-Drill Pro, L-Drill 3-Cone, and 5-Star reaction drills are seeded to get you moving on day one.

• Export and share — Send a clean split-time report through the Android share sheet to save or send to a coach.

PRIVACY

Konetrix Drill Lab works fully offline with no account and no sign-up. Your drills are stored locally on your device in a private database, and voice callouts use your phone's built-in text-to-speech. There are no ads and no analytics trackers.
