About this app

Konevent is the management app for businesses already working with Konevent: rooms, event spaces, play centers, leisure centers, and any business that operates with hourly, shift, or capacity-based reservations.

It's designed for those who run the business day-to-day and their teams: everything needed to handle reservations from your mobile device, wherever you are.

RESERVATIONS AND CALENDAR
• Check room occupancy on the calendar.

• Create, modify, confirm, or cancel reservations.

• Review each reservation's details: room, time, client, amounts, and notes.

• Manage recurring reservations and the waiting list.

• Organize schedules, exceptions, and closures.

CLIENTS
• View each client's profile with their contact information and reservations.

PAYMENTS
• Record payments for each reservation and see the outstanding balance.

These are payments for your business operations: the app does not sell content or subscriptions.

TEAM
• Manage your employees and their access to Konevent.

• Your staff log in with their own accounts and see what they need for their work.

NOTIFICATIONS
• Receive mobile alerts for new bookings and cancellations.

SECURITY
• Log in with your Konevent account, with optional two-step verification.

Konevent is designed for businesses with an active Konevent account and their staff. Some features depend on each business's specific settings.

What’s new

Pagos:
• Al compartir un enlace de pago eliges la señal pendiente, el pendiente completo u otro importe (admite céntimos).
• Opción de mantener una reserva temporal al enviar el enlace.
• Incidencias de pago y pagos con tarjeta pendientes de confirmar por el banco, a la vista.
• Configuración > Pagos: recuperación de reservas abandonadas y qué hacer si un pago falla.
Mejoras: al tocar una notificación se abre su reserva, el nombre del negocio aparece tras iniciar sesión y ajustes en tablet.
