Ratings and reviews

It has good support IF they answer. When they call you back (sometimes it takes 10 to 20 minutes for a return call. You should always leave a message). Don't use this app if you want to run a Recap schedule. They have an overly conservative programming of recap rules that don't work as effectively as other ELDs I've used...PN is best. The exemption side works good with a lot of tabs to help you save drive time. Galaxy Tab A7 Lite. Both BT dongle boxes were open when I received my order. 😐

Once again it's my fault for not downloading the new version that I'm magically supposed to know to download. Then the password reset link is for the tower and not the app. This too will be my fault. Others have raved and loved this app. For me it has been trouble from Day 1 and always comes back to something I did wrong and not the app itself.

My Trucker Path ELD was constantly messing up and causing me to be late, it finally just stopped working. A good friend told me about MY20, so I called them. Long story short they overnighted me a ELD to my next drop and answer the phone every time I call. I'm in my 50s and not the best way app's and computers. This ELD is really pretty easy to use, it has alarms for your break and drive clock it's easy to adjust when I screw something up and the people are great.
