A couple of years of paying monthly for no ads, along with other benefits, and I had ads and no benefits plus a bunch of "we promise we'll fix it!!" from them. Play if you want, it's like all the other games, but DON'T EVER PAY. it's an empty scam. I was stupid trying to fix it for so long.. it's not even enough money to make it worth suing. Don't pay them anything.

This game needs a lot of work. Very, very buggy (huge problems with the mining event, but I gave up on the game when I went to a new town in the MAIN GAME and was only given 1 coins. In order to start the town, you have to buy a shop for 5 coins). I also had an issue with an ad that created porn pop-ups. Don't click on the solitaire ads! A bummer because the game was fun enough, but absolutely not cared for.

Totally frustrating that when you level-up structures, earn cards, upgrade managers and other items you lose all your progress when you have end the game. Spent 2 days doing a special event and having start ALL over from the beginning again. Takes forever for someone to answer or to fix glitches. If they can't maintain the free version how bad is it for the paid version
