one line statement ("Don't waste your money and time, don't expect anything like opponent will respond for your messages")I have tried premium (Gold) in this application, 1. no proper customer service ( they will complete the ticket their own ) problem will not resolved, 2. waste of money & time for premium sub. & so, 3. There will be some people in list what ur expectations but they're not a active account holders/users (may be just for name Shake), 4. lot of application backend glitches.

Poor experience,, not as expected.. Same notification arrises every single time, after it has been declined infinity times... Would be nice if u improve the app and sort out the bug for the money you charge. (Simply Overrated).. U should give a trail pack before charging for 3months pack so that we won't lose our money:(

No proper assistance provided by the support team for searching a profile he simply asked me to log off and login, I logged of, when logging in as I forgot password I am logging in using OTP the app doesn't send OTP properly and asks me to try again after 1hour as max limit is reached for OTP login, I clicked forgot password button and entered my mobile number but the reset password link is not sent to me though the system says it has been sent. Worst service, very worst app.
