Tapnij PRO is the app for the people who keep large facilities clean and working — airports, shopping malls, stations, offices and hotels. Instead of paper checklists, you hold your phone near the NFC tag at a checkpoint: the report form opens by itself and your presence is confirmed automatically.
PROOF OF PRESENCE WITHOUT PAPER
• Tap an NFC tag — the checkpoint opens instantly.
• Every report carries its time, place and author. Nothing to transcribe later.
• No tag at hand? Type the checkpoint code manually.
A REPORT IN SECONDS
• Choose "Check" or "Fault".
• Add notes, photos and what you refilled (soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
• All in one form — no jumping between screens.
MARK THE PROBLEM ON THE PHOTO
• Draw on the photo, add arrows and labels.
• Your manager sees exactly what you see — no need to explain "the second sink from the window".
