Konstella is a communication channel for parents of school-aged children. This app allows parents to quickly reach out to other parents and teachers, participate in classroom and school-wide discussions and activities.

Links and buttons don't work on my Android. For example, one of the parent announcements had an email address that was blue indicating a link, but when I clicked on it, the only options it gave me were to share the announcement I clicked on via my email account, with no "to" field completed. I tried to copy and paste the parent's email address, and it didn't work. Similarly, there is a button to leave feedback and report bugs, but the same thing happened.

The app targets API level 16 yet the app still doesn't go edge to edge or at least match the IOS app. The Splash screen is still not right, with the status bar and the gesture bar being white not green to match the other part of the splash screen for consistency. Also within the app, the status bar is white and not green to match the banner below. The app should be just as consistent as the IOS app and it's not. I hope this can be fixed in the next update!

Konstella is a communications tool that helps you stay connected with parents and teachers. To that extent it does a fairly good job. So tell me why in 2026 can a mobile communications app not handle formatting? When I make a post from my phone on konstella, it erases every blank line and line break. So I can't do a letter-style header, paragraphs, or footer (like sincerely,) This is a very simple issue that needs to be fixed yesterday.
