Konsters connects those needing home repairs with verified professionals in Mexico City, and protects both parties' money until the job is completed.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Describe what you need: a leak, a broken outlet, painting the living room, remodeling a bathroom.

2. You receive a fixed-price quote, broken down before you pay: labor, materials, VAT, and Konsters' commission. No surprises at the end.

3. You pay through the app via Mercado Pago. Your money is NOT released to the professional yet: it's held as a guarantee.

4. The professional arrives, registers their arrival at your home, and documents the work with photos at each stage.

5. Once you review and approve the work, the payment is released. If something isn't right, you open a dispute, and a Konsters representative will review it.

• Konsters Reimagine: photograph a room and the app will suggest a remodeling idea with an AI-generated image, along with the estimated work items and quantities. The image is a visual reference, not an exact result: what you contract and pay for is the itemized work, not the image.

WHAT KONSTERS CHARGES
Konsters charges a commission on each service contracted, always visible in the breakdown before payment. Services are performed at the client's address and payment is processed through Mercado Pago.
