this app is so bad I couldn't delete it on my phone and up to this day still on my phone I hate this app I didn't do anything it wasn't rubbish this episode 0 out of 10 it's nonsense I don't like it maybe you guys would like it but no don't download this app it's just stupid if you're just wasting half of your time in your life this app is disgusting it's nice and I think you have to do anything it's it's annoying

System can't read new passports! Rejected my valid, newly-issued passport. Their IDnow system can't process newer passport formats. This affects multiple German fintechs (Kontist, Finom, Qonto all use IDnow). No alternative verification offered. Unacceptable for a modern fintech to reject valid government ID due to outdated technology.

I'm using the bank account and the tax service and so far its been great! If you are just starting out as a freelancer and you don't speak German then this is a life saver. They handle all communications and reporting with the finanzamt and answer any of your questions very quickly. Highly recommend
