Since my old phone broke and I had to switch I'm not able to use my virtual visa for online payments and it won't show me my visa details. Error message on different devices is always "could not authenticate". I wrote to the kontist people multiple times but didn't get an solution. I seems the new update broke this section.

I'm using the bank account and the tax service and so far its been great! If you are just starting out as a freelancer and you don't speak German then this is a life saver. They handle all communications and reporting with the finanzamt and answer any of your questions very quickly. Highly recommend

This bank is one of the worse in the market. Nobody will support you even as a paying customer. I've been locked out my account for 2 weeks, as my associated phone number does not receive TAN numbers. Bad support, expensive prices, just use n26 spaces if you need multiple accounts. This is a legal scam.
