Konutiva is the official mobile application that simplifies fee tracking for apartment and site residents. You can log in in seconds using your manager's registered phone number without entering a site code.

KEY FEATURES

• Current Debt: Clearly view your fees and other debts on a single screen and instantly identify overdue amounts. • Online Payment: Pay your debt instantly with a secure payment infrastructure (iyzico) using a credit/debit card. • Account Statements: Review your debits and credits by month and track your balance. • Announcements: Don't miss announcements shared by your management; important notifications will be sent to your phone as push notifications. • Request and Fault Reporting: Report malfunctions such as water, electricity, and elevator problems through the application and follow up with your manager's response. • Surveys and Decision Book: Vote on site decisions and view the decisions made. • Site Treasury Transparency: See the site's income and expense status if your management has enabled it.

Konutiva is a platform that digitizes dues collection, resident communication, and site management. This application allows residents to manage their debts, payments, announcements, and requests from their mobile devices.
