About this app

Konutiva Management is the official management application designed for apartment and site managers. You can manage your site's finances, debt tracking, and resident communication from your phone without needing a computer.

NOTE: This application is for site managers, accountants, and audit committee members who have a Konutiva account. Residents must use the separate "Konutiva" application.

KEY FEATURES

• Action Center: Awaiting approval, bank transactions, access requests, and open fault reports are visible at a glance on the "Awaiting Your Approval" screen. • Cash and Bank: The site's total cash + bank balance, today's and this month's collections are instantly monitored on the main page. • Bank Approval Queue: Link transfers to apartments, classify them as expenses, or reject them. Give quick approval by swiping. • Debtors and Bulk SMS: Filter the debtor list by block, overdue debt, or amount; send SMS messages to selected individuals with a single touch. Your remaining SMS credit is displayed on the screen. • Collection Entry: Instantly process cash or wire transfer collections, share receipts via WhatsApp, or send them as PDFs.
• Person and Apartment 360: Call a person or apartment; view their debt, statement, and contact information, and call with a single touch.
• Announcement Publishing: Publish announcements throughout the site, pin important announcements.
• Expense Entry: Record expenses, document them by taking a photo of the receipt.
• Requests and Faults: View fault reports from residents and update their status.
• Access Requests: Approve or reject residents who want to register with the application.
• Instant Notification: Receive notifications on your phone for new bank transactions, faults, or access requests; you choose which notifications you receive.

MULTIPLE SITE SUPPORT

If you manage multiple sites, you can switch between them in seconds using the site switcher in the header. The data for each site is completely separate.

AUTHORIZATION AND SECURITY

The screens you see are determined by your role on the site; information you are not authorized to access will not be visible in the application. All connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
