About this app

Citi Mobile® allows you to manage finances, wherever you are, whenever you want.
Your transactions are safe thanks to mobile authorization with Citi Mobile Token Pin and push notifications which inform you about every operation on your account or card.

You can log in to the app by entering Citibank Online username and password or using the fingerprint. Users who have not previously used our online banking can register directly in Citi Mobile.

- cash transfers to defined and new domestic payees

Worst credit card app I ever used in my entire life! It is ridiculous that in 2025 you need to pay off your credit card only with bank transfer! where on earth is option to pay off with debit card or Blik?! The app itself is clunky, slow and really annoying as it very often scrolls the screen to the top. Terrible experience and O don't recommend it to anyone!

Even thoug I'm long term Citibank customer and really like other services, the application is still not even trying to keep up with the competition. After comparing stability, usability and features of mobile apps and web access of other banks I'm now starting to switch to different bank. Not sure if every bank has much better app, but these few have done it significantly better: PKO BP, Credit Agricole and BNP Paribas. Each one not only has more features and services, but are more stable.

Worst app! You get a notification to confirm your online transaction, when you click it, it requires you to log in, once logged in, transaction confirmation is gone: unsuccessful payment. You have to go back to the vendor to cancel your unsuccessful payment and do it all over again. Often vendors will cancel your order altogether because of this. Do better.
